Member $200 — Members have full voting privileges and all benefits of the club, including use of Members’ Room, Clubhouse Rental, and discounted social event costs. Members must live in Victoria Cottages (VCCI). They are allowed (1) secondary member that lives with them (over 18 years old) to be listed as member.

Associate Member $200 — Associate Members live within the neighborhood, usually in a rental situation. Associate Members receive all member privileges including voting rights.

Social Member $200 — Social Members live outside our neighborhood, but are involved through friends or live nearby. Social Members receive all member privileges except voting rights. To be considered for Social Membership, you MUST have a Sponsoring VCCI Member.

The club owns approximately 7 acres of land here in the Victoria Cottages area. A large portion of our membership dues pay for the upkeep and taxes on these properties. The two locations are the clubhouse property and the pavilion area. As a member of the club, you have the ability to make decisions regarding the maintenance, improvement, and usage of these common properties.

Members may rent our Clubhouse for gatherings for a very small fee. You may also use and reserve the Members Room at the Clubhouse or the Pavilion Area at no cost.

You have access to the Members Room anytime; however, reservations are recommended. Check the Events Calendar.

Members-only access to a wide array of information relating to club business and to communication tools on our new full-function website.

There are many free members-only social events throughout the year. And members receive preferred rates for other events for which neighbors and friends are invited.

VCCI works together to maintain our common and Corps properties, i.e., the clubhouse, the pavilion, and dock areas. You will form friendships uncommon in most neighborhoods.
